Welcome to Caretaker's Fingerprinting Service




Our agency is an authorized Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and FBI fingerprinting service provider to electronically capture and submit fingerprints for licensure, certification, volunteer, job, business permit, record review, licenses and /or employment purposes.

All applicants must bring two (2) forms of  a valid state or federal issued identification to the electronic fingerprinting site on the day of fingerprinting. One of the two types of identification must bear your picture and signature such as a driver’s license, state identification card or passport.

All applicants must also provide a LiveScan Request Form or ORI from the requesting state agency or business.  Applicants must also complete a Caretaker's Services LiveScan Request Form.  Please click on the word document below  to obtain a copy the Caretaker's Services LiveScan Request Form.
